An update as of March 2024:
After careful consideration, we have decided to discontinue support for the Tradewing mobile application. Instead, we are encouraging our users to transition to a more seamless and feature-rich experience by bookmarking our webpage directly to their home screens.
As part of our commitment to providing our customers with the best possible experience, we are focusing our efforts on enhancing our web platform and ensuring that our users can fully engage with their communities on both desktop and mobile web. By bookmarking our webpage to their home screen, users will have instant access to a mobile-friendly and feature complete member site. As an added bonus, these webpage bookmarks are a fully whitelisted experience: the Association Icon Logo is used for the bookmark icon, and the Association Code is prefilled as the bookmark's name.
Users can find instructions on how to bookmark our webpage to their mobile device by visiting their Tradewing community, opening their avatar menu, and scanning the QR code that appears after clicking "Add to Mobile Device".

We’re incredibly excited to announce the launch of the Tradewing Mobile App, available today on both iOS and Android. We believe this will be a transformational step for your Tradewing community, as it will bring a beautiful, intuitive, and engaging Tradewing experience to the device your members use most.
The community-focused mobile app lets you find content easily
The first version of the app is focused on the community. Associations members will be able to seamlessly:
- Create, comment, and like posts
- Join and view groups
- Catch up on what they missed with notifications
- Search for posts and people
- View other members’ profiles and directly message them
- And more!
Never before has it been so easy for your members to stay up to date on all the latest content in your community.
To help associations in driving awareness of the mobile app with their members, we’ve also added a few new features to the web app, available today, such as:
- A step in the onboarding modal for new users to download the app
- A banner in the community notifying existing users of the new app
- A quick link in the avatar submenu
- An updated footer on all Tradewing emails, with links to both app stores
Finding the app in the store is as easy as scanning a QR code
