The Tradewing team has been hard at work this summer delivering highly requested and impactful features for our customers. We've added a company member directory, built out the capability of importing and exporting group members, totally revamped the Direct Messaging experience, and made huge strides in delivering enhancements to our Events platform. We've also delivered some key features in our AMS product; keep reading to find out more!

Company Member Directory

Member companies can now be accessed alongside individual members in the directory. The rosters of these companies are also visible to anyone with community access. To use this feature, make any company a member and the directory will appear.

Bulk Import / Export Group Members

Admins and Group Admins can now easily bulk import and export lists of group members from individual group pages. Association Admins can also bulk import and export the membership of multiple groups at one from the groups page on the admin site.

Redesigned DMs Experience

We strive to build a product that delights every person who interacts with it. In order to do that, we invest in making our features as accessible as possible. This summer we revamped our direct messaging experience with improving accessibility as our primary goal. A happy side effect is that the messages module got a makeover! The interface was updated to be much more clean and modern, and some confusing user interactions were replaced with a more intuitive experience.

Events Redesign

This summer we delivered several improvements to our events offering, with many more to come! Those features include:

• A redesigned events feed and calendar widget that makes answering any questions about the schedule of events a breeze
• A simplified event creation experience
• Time zone customization
• Automatic email notifications when an event's time is changed

AMS Improvements

We also continue to add key functionality to our AMS offering. This summer we've focused on unlocking ACH payments to minimize processing fees on large corporate membership dues payments, opening up the corporate membership signup process, and building out an integration with Constant Contact to support highly flexible email marketing campaigns.

ACH Payment Processing

Admins can now designate which payment methods (credit card or ACH) can be used to purchase a given corporate membership type, and anyone signing up for a corporate membership where ACH is accepted can send funds directly from their bank account.

Corporate Membership Signups

To allow corporate members to sign up without requiring any admin involvement, we're allowing any publicly-visible corporate membership to be purchased by anyone rather than only by users already designated as company account owners. Once the corporate membership is purchased, we will automatically create a company and make the purchaser the account owner of that company.

Constant Contact Integration

Tradewing now has the capability to sync over all of your users and all of their attributes to your Constant Contact account. Reach out to the Tradewing Customer Success team to find out more.
