We are excited to kick off 2023 by announcing the release of several new features that will significantly enhance your experience using our platform. Jumping right into it:
Renaming files in the Resources tab
In Group Resources, site and group admins can now rename files. This builds on an earlier release, where users can preview a resource without being forced to download the file.
Multi-select custom attributes for users' profiles
Admins can create multi-select custom attributes, in addition to free text or single select custom attributes for users' profiles, expanding the information that can be captured and stored in user profiles.
Improved mobile web events experience
Our mobile events experience, both in the browser and on the mobile app, is completely redesigned to make it significantly more usable. Joining virtual events from your phone has never been easier!
More advanced capabilities while bulk importing
Admins can import users by role, import companies, and assign users as company account owners, all in bulk. This will save association staff a significant amount of time when keeping users and companies up-to-date in Tradewing.
Better lead identification & tracking for sponsors

Sponsors will now see their page followers and sponsored event attendees appearing in the Leads tab. With this, sponsors can identify and connect with members who have shown an interest in their products or services more easily than ever before!
Email notifications for sponsors with unused posts & events
Plus, Pro, and Premium tier sponsors will now receive an email notification 30 days before any unused sponsored posts or webinars expire. This will ensure sponsors don't miss out on any valuable opportunities, getting the most out of their sponsorship on Tradewing.
